Product Owner

We're building finance and reimbursement capabilities into our SaaS platform and looking for a Product Owner to own that end-to-end.

• 5+ years in product ownership or management with experience in billing, invoicing, claims, or reimbursement.
• Ability to write clear stories and acceptance criteria without need for clarification.
• Comfortable with regulatory details and turning reimbursement policies into requirements.
• Skilled in prioritization under urgency.
• Capable of managing conflicting stakeholders and landing on shared decisions.
• Comfortable presenting functionality clearly, explaining the "why" behind features.
• Confident English communication skills at B2+ level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in healthcare, medtech, or hearing care sectors, especially with multi-country reimbursement models.
• Familiarity with European billing systems including statutory insurance, private payers, and government programs.
• Experience adapting workflows to AI-accelerated development environments.
• Experience with compliance and audit requirements in finance or healthcare.
• Background in multi-market products involving localization of business rules and payer structures.

• Own the finance and reimbursement backlog, prioritizing by real impact.
• Translate reimbursement rules and payer requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Talk directly to clinics to understand real-world billing, including workarounds and pain points.
• Keep multiple squads aligned and moving effectively across the finance domain.
• Make daily trade-offs between compliance, speed, market depth, and scalability.
• Partner with Design to ensure billing workflows are user-friendly despite complex logic.
• Validate ideas early with clinics and domain experts to prevent costly development mistakes.
