• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python
• Practical experience with LLM, Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Knowledge of Agentic architectures
• Background in machine learning, deep learning, and NLP
• Experience with vector and SQL databases, including PostgreSQL
• Experience with FastAPI and LangChain
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture, API design, observability, and concurrency models
• Experience with Azure and/or GCP for cloud development, deployment, and scaling
• Practical experience with TDD and BDD methodologies
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to business stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Regular use of Java and Spring Framework
• Experience with Redis (KV stores)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GCP Cloud Build
• Container-based development experience using Docker and data containers

• Design, test, and optimize prompts for Large Language Models (LLM) to deliver reliable outputs for Credit & Lending use cases
• Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector database solutions for complex financial data insights
• Participate in the full AI solution lifecycle including problem discovery, prototyping, design, implementation, and production deployment
• Apply AI best practices to ensure fairness, transparency, and accountability of models and applications
• Co-author solution designs and architecture; maintain and evolve production products
• Utilize cloud platforms like Azure and GCP for AI model development, deployment, and scaling
• Write and maintain high-quality, testable, and reusable code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with strategic goals
