Senior Product Design Engineer

• 7+ years in product design and/or design engineering roles.
• 2+ years in senior-level design positions at significant global consumer brands.
• Ability to communicate visual and interaction recommendations with high-quality mockups, prototypes, and rationale.
• Comfortable partnering with engineers as peers, including contributing code in PR reviews.
• Experience defining requirements and developing tools to accelerate design and engineering workflows.
• Ability to prototype in code to a production standard with semantic markup and accessibility understanding.
• Fluency in motion and interaction as implemented behavior.
• Experience structuring design systems beyond component inventory.
• Proficiency in project management across varying complexity.
• Used to applying agentic solutions in project management.
• Ability to write clear creative briefs.
• Proficiency in research and experimentation leveraging qualitative and quantitative data.
• Initiative in generating ideas and working collaboratively with urgency and discretion.

• Collaborate with team members at all levels to identify and solve problems across current product offerings.
• Pioneer new solutions while building out the privacy layer for the Internet.
• Level up products through exploring and testing concepts that improve overall experience and appeal.
• Autonomously lead highly impactful projects from ideation to execution against success criteria.
• Have a voice in all product-related design decisions.
• Work directly in the codebase and with front-end engineers to ensure design execution meets quality standards.
• Help grow and shape the design engineering role and discipline as the company's second Design Engineer.
