Senior Product Manager

• 5+ years of experience building software products end-to-end with clear customer and business outcomes.
• Deep understanding of the AI/agentic market, including players, trends, and enterprise adoption.
• Proven experience taking products from general availability and setting direction in nascent areas.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience building for enterprise customers, managing complex adoption cycles, compliance, procurement, and multi-stakeholder buying.
• Strong technical foundation enabling credible collaboration with engineers and informed trade-offs.
• Judgment to apply just enough process to scale fast-moving products without slowing them down.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer and industry engagements.

Nice to have:

• Experience with pricing strategy, licensing models, onboarding funnels, or open-core business models.
• Experience in both startup and larger-scale organizational environments.
• Comfort representing Coder externally via talks, writing, or public channels.
• Deep familiarity with the developer tools ecosystem and strong opinions about it.

• Own the full product lifecycle for Coder Agents from incubation through general availability and scaling.
• Define and evolve product vision and strategy based on customer, market, and business signals.
• Identify and validate new opportunities for diverse user personas.
• Research customer problems via direct enterprise engagement, community feedback, and analysis.
• Maintain lean structure emphasizing problem statements, requirements, and execution.
• Lead customer conversations including executive roadmap reviews and product demos.
• Shape licensing, packaging, and pricing decisions for sustainable growth.
• Mentor and support other PMs through senior product leadership and best practices sharing.
