Product Manager, Nutrition (6-Month Project)

The team works at the intersection of AI, nutrition, behavior change, and digital health, with products recognized by Google Play, Apple App Store, and the Webby Awards. Samsung Food is a remote-first team of over 100 people globally and part of Samsung Electronics, combining startup agility with large-scale consumer electronics impact.

• Solid product management experience in consumer apps with a track record of impacting engagement or retention metrics at scale.
• Genuine interest in nutrition, health, wellness, or behavior change products.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across multiple time zones (Europe, Korea, U.S.).
• Exceptional written communication skills to create clarity from complexity.
• Strong product judgment to assess product features critically.
• Availability to ramp up quickly for the fixed 6-month contract period.
• Intellectual curiosity about AI's role in product development and ability to override machine suggestions.

• Own the food tracker strategy and maintain the roadmap aligned with overall product strategy.
• Develop deep fluency in product areas to make informed decisions quickly.
• Collaborate with UX research, analytics, and customer insights to identify high-value user problems.
• Drive growth and monetization ideas using iterative development for deployment to millions of users.
• Lead a globally distributed, cross-functional team through the full product development lifecycle.
• Manage nutrition-related integrations to create coherence within Samsung Health's Nutrition pillar.
• Maintain continuity of initiatives, stakeholder relationships, and in-flight decisions during the contract.
