Sr Growth Engineer (Fullstack TS/Vue/NodeJS)

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue or React (plus HTML/CSS/UI libraries)
• Experience owning growth metrics (activation, retention, revenue) on a growth or PLG team at a SaaS company
• Proven ability to ship experiments from hypothesis to ship/kill decision
• Product mindedness with ability to ship without a PM and communicate with users
• Data fluency to query data and make decisions from user behavior and experiments
• Comfort with ambiguity and iterative development
• Speed and ownership mindset focused on responsible, fast experimentation

Nice to have:

• Exposure to pricing strategy, funnel optimization, or revenue KPIs
• Past experience as a founder or early-stage startup engineer

• Ship high-impact experiments including upgrade flows, contextual prompts, and pricing nudges
• Drive measurable business outcomes by tracking performance and iteratively improving activation and retention
• Scale growth systems like in-app messaging platforms, billing systems, and email orchestration tools
• Maintain and improve growth-critical features such as signup, onboarding, and the admin dashboard
