Lead React Native Engineer

• Proven expertise in React Native, TypeScript, TanStack Query, Zustand, React Navigation, and MMKV
• Deep understanding of monorepo architectures and building applications from scratch
• Strong experience with third-party integrations including external APIs, analytics, and payment gateways
• Expertise in creating smooth animations with React Native Reanimated
• Hands-on experience with push notifications, deep links, and universal links
• Delivery-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to UI/UX detail and strong English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in writing Unit tests
• Native Development (Java/Kotlin, Objective-C/Swift)
• Creativity in solving different complex tasks
• Experience in web development, particularly with Next.js
• Experience setting up and maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines, Fastlane)

• Write well-designed, testable, and scalable code that powers our mobile gaming experiences
• Lead the full development cycle from sprint planning to release, ensuring seamless collaboration between engineering teams and product owners
• Manage and streamline release processes for multiple mobile applications built from shared codebases
• Mentor and inspire the engineering team, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning
• Implement AI agents and automation tools to optimize code reviews and developer workflows
• Proactively manage technical debt and drive long-term architectural vision
