Full Stack Software Engineer - AI Finance Agent

BJAK is a company founded in 2019 that built the first mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia, now the leading insurance platform in the region. The company is expanding its financial services to include spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and traveling products. The team consists of over 20 nationalities working both remotely and in offices worldwide.

• 3+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
• Strong frontend and backend fundamentals.
• Experience with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.
• Ability to build useful products quickly without needing perfect specifications.
• Good product sense, UX awareness, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable debugging across the stack.
• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer apps, or high-volume platforms is advantageous.

• Build customer-facing and internal product features end to end.
• Develop web flows, backend APIs, admin tools, dashboards, and operational systems.
• Support products across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.
• Work with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to launch quickly.
• Integrate APIs, handle data flows, and improve production reliability.
• Use analytics, feedback, and production issues to improve features post-launch.
• Build tools to reduce manual work and increase business speed.

This role is remote but requires candidates to be based in Poland. English is the main working language, and strong English communication skills are required.
