UI Designer - AI Neobank App

BJAK is a leading mobile-first insurance platform in Southeast Asia, started in 2019, expanding into financial products including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travelling. The company employs over 20 nationalities globally and operates with remote teams.

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design, and UI craftsmanship.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, prototyping, and modern design workflows.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines, and responsive layouts.
• Good knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, and user-centred design.
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces.
• High attention to detail with strong visual hierarchy, typography, and spacing.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

• Design polished, user-centric interfaces for mobile and web products.
• Transform product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Build intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial services.
• Maintain and evolve BJAK's design system for product consistency.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and visual consistency across devices and platforms.
• Contribute to improving overall usability, interaction patterns, and visual language.

This role is remote but requires candidates to be based in Poland. Strong English communication skills are required. The interview process involves a portfolio review, practical design task (if applicable), role-specific interview, and final CEO interview, aiming to complete within 1 week for strong candidates.
