Product Designer (UI/UX)

BJAK started in 2019 with the mission to provide smarter ways to plan, save, and grow money. It built the first mobile-first insurance platform accessible online by millions in Southeast Asia and is expanding services including spending, saving, investing, exchanging, and travelling. The company has teams worldwide with over 20 nationalities working both in offices and remotely, focusing on building next-generation financial products.

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design.
• Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows.
• Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences.
• Portfolio is required.

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production.
• Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
• Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial products.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback.
• Maintain consistency across mobile and web experiences.
• Continuously refine interactions, accessibility, and overall product quality.

This role is remote, but candidates must be based in Poland. English is the primary working language with strong English communication required.
