BJAK is a company founded in 2019 that built the first mobile-first insurance platform accessible online by millions in Southeast Asia. The company is expanding its financial services to include spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more, aiming to help people get more from their money every day. BJAK has teams around the world with over 20 nationalities working remotely and from offices.

• 2+ years of experience designing mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality mobile UI work.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping.
• Deep understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design.
• Strong understanding of mobile usability, responsive layouts, and interaction design.
• Excellent attention to typography, spacing, colour, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to simplify complex financial workflows into clean mobile experiences.
• Portfolio is required.

• Design beautiful and intuitive interfaces for iOS and Android applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI.
• Design mobile experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and financial services.
• Build and maintain mobile design systems and reusable components.
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Optimize interfaces for usability, accessibility, and platform guidelines.
• Iterate designs using analytics, usability findings, and product feedback.
• Ensure consistency across different devices, screen sizes, and operating systems.

This role is remote; however, candidates must be based in Poland. English language proficiency is required as it is the primary working language across global teams.
