Product Manager, Contractor Management

• Prior experience as a product manager, ideally in a high-growth company
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code or similar AI tooling for building, debugging, and shipping prototypes or small code changes autonomously
• Strong judgment for both strategic prioritization and tactical feature scoping
• Proven self-driven results that have positively impacted product direction
• Passion for creating seamless and effective products addressing complex challenges
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills across departments such as business operations and sales
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Bonus: experience working in a remote environment

• Build end-to-end solutions owning software implementation and overall user experience involving both human and software services
• Lead complex product initiatives autonomously without senior product team support
• Manage internal expectations and prioritize complex projects and features
• Develop and communicate an effective product roadmap aligned with higher-level company goals
• Be a subject matter expert and contribute to scaling and growth plans for your product area
• Deliver high throughput product improvements aligned to key business KPIs
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems
• Share techniques, processes, and learnings within the Product organization
• Promote your team's work and its importance to customers and internal teams
• Work asynchronously and transparently, contributing to both strategic and tactical decision making
