Senior Product Designer

• Proven experience as an individual contributor with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design maturity.
• Persuasive communication skills with the ability to build narratives and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Systems thinking mindset applicable in high-growth, fast-paced environments with autonomous ownership of complex domains or multiple projects.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams to build consensus and drive impactful business outcomes.
• Active participation in shaping design culture and working methods within the design organization.
• Preferably experienced designing complex B2B SaaS solutions in industries like HRTech or FinTech.
• Alignment with Remote's core values.
• Experience working remotely is a plus but not required.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

• Influence product team strategy and identify impact opportunities with stakeholders and cross-functional peers.
• Apply appropriate research methodologies to empathize with customer challenges and deeply understand problems.
• Use AI prototyping tools to explore concepts and iterate collaboratively.
• Design high-fidelity user interfaces efficiently, demonstrating interaction design maturity.
• Lead vision initiatives, visualizing directions and opportunities for innovation.
• Solve design problems holistically with systems thinking to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Communicate persuasively by storytelling around design work and managing feedback.
• Collaborate transparently and share work openly to solicit feedback and identify cross-domain opportunities.
• Advocate for effective use and contributions to the design system Norma.
• Champion experience principles focusing on simplicity, usability, scalability, and accessibility.
• Actively engage in the cross-functional culture by promoting quality, ways of working, and peer support.
