Senior Product Manager, Fraud and Compliance

• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, with the ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.
• AI fluency with a perspective on transforming risk operations using AI and automation.
• Seasoned Product Manager with experience in platform, API, or products for operational teams.
• Platform mindset focused on scalability without proportional manual effort.
• Strong UX sensibilities caring for both admin and customer-facing experiences.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, effective partner across compliance, engineering, design, treasury, and legal.
• Data-driven decision-making capabilities, comfortable with querying data and visualization tools.
• Fast learner with a growth mindset, eager and humble.
• Great judgment in making strategic and tactical decisions.
• Business-level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: Experience with risk/compliance platforms and third-party screening or fraud detection tooling.

• Own credit risk assessment and reserve management, driving strategy and evolving models and tooling to be smarter and more automated.
• Own fraud detection and prevention, including fraud controls, freeze mechanisms, and dispute workflows.
• Own compliance automation processes including onboarding compliance, KYB verification, AML screening, and background checks.
• Build flexible, platform-oriented systems that operations teams can configure and extend without engineering involvement.
• Partner with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves, payment blocks, and enforcement actions.
• Lead a product team to ship iteratively at pace, focusing on KPIs like automation rates, false-positive reduction, and risk accuracy.
• Manage stakeholders across risk, operations, and finance, translating complex risk trade-offs into clear product decisions and aligning with Compliance Operations, Treasury, Legal, and senior leadership.
