Senior Product Manager, Remote Build

• Senior-level Product Manager experience with focus on Integrations, APIs, or platform ecosystems.
• Deep customer empathy with strong communication skills.
• Proven partner-facing experience and stakeholder management capability.
• Strong user experience sensibility for seamless data synchronization.
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code for building, debugging, and shipping code and prototypes.
• Domain expertise in HRIS and payroll platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, Personio, ADP, Paychex) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English at business proficiency level.

Integration Architecture & Design:

• Lead technical discovery of Remote’s and partner APIs, focusing on data mapping, flows, authentication, and compliance across 100+ countries.

Customer-Led Prioritization:

• Prioritize integration and app development based on customer needs, product impact, feasibility, and operational complexity.

Cross-Functional Orchestration:

• Bridge engineering, design, operations, sales, and partners by translating requirements into technical specs and unblocking delivery.

Quality & Reliability:

• Ensure data accuracy, sync reliability, error handling, observability, and supportability in real workflows.

Measure Integration Impact:

• Track KPIs including technical performance, customer outcomes, adoption, reliability, retention, and satisfaction.

Repeatable Patterns:

• Develop playbooks and reference architectures to accelerate adoption of integrations and apps.

Drive Product Feedback:

• Provide actionable insights to improve Remote's APIs, CLIs, and overall product.
