Data Analyst

• 1+ years of experience as a Data/BI analyst
• Understanding of business process analysis principles and KPI identification
• Experience with DataViz platforms: Tableau, Looker, SuperSet
• Programming skills: SQL, Python (optional plus), and database principles
• Analytical thinking, communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Fluency in Russian and English

• Develop and support analytical systems for operational analysis and decision making
• Communicate with Business Process Owners to identify KPIs
• Collaborate with development teams to identify data sources and analyze data lifecycle
• Develop data storage structure in Data Warehouse and set requirements for Data Engineer regarding ETL process
• Check ETL results
• Develop dashboards in analytical platforms
• Present analytical results to customers
