Team Lead Business Analyst

Since 2012, the client has been developing a scalable SaaS platform and digital products for the iGaming industry, creating turnkey and white-label solutions for operators. The company has a distributed team of over 400 professionals across Central and Eastern Europe, focusing on technological development, architectural sustainability, and client support in licensing processes.

• At least 6 years as a business analyst, including 2-3 years in senior position.
• Experience integrating AI tools into business analyst workflows.
• Experience with microservice architecture and high-load systems.
• Basic system analysis skills including understanding of REST API, Webhooks, gRPC, OpenAPI, Swagger, JSON, and XML.
• Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, authorization mechanisms, asynchronous interaction like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of microservice architecture design and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Proven experience improving requirement quality through reviews, checklists, audits, and quality control.
• People management experience including performance reviews, development plans, mentoring, technical interviews, onboarding.
• Product experience including understanding product metrics and decision-making based on business value.
• English language level B1.

Nice to have:

• Experience designing cross-team collaboration processes between business analysis, product management, design, project management, development, and testing.
• Experience with iGaming industry.

• Conduct full cycle business analysis from identifying needs to supporting implementation.
• Conduct discovery phases, analyze As-Is processes, design To-Be states, identify risks and dependencies.
• Identify, analyze, and formalize functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop and align solutions with Product Owners, architects, developers, UX/UI designers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Prepare analytical artifacts such as BRD, Vision and Scope, User Stories, Use Cases with UI descriptions.
• Use BPMN for process modeling and UML for Activity, Use Case, and Class diagrams.
• Ensure completeness, consistency, and traceability of requirements through development lifecycle.
• Participate in Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, and other agile activities as key SME.
• Act as expert to assist in complex product and technical decisions.

Team development and functions:

• Mentor business analysis team, facilitate professional growth.
• Hold 1-on-1 meetings, evaluate work, provide feedback, and create development plans.
• Review analytical artifacts and uphold quality standards.
• Develop processes, methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Participate in hiring including conducting technical interviews.
• Organize and support onboarding for new analysts.
• Collaborate with Head of Business Analysis on team development and process improvements.
