• Experience working with systems such as WMS.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes, procedures, and principles.
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL.
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Independence and good work organization.

Nice to have:

• Ability to configure and perform basic diagnostics of computer hardware.

• Administering the WMS system and monitoring its proper functioning.
• Supervising synchronization and data consistency between WMS and other systems.
• Providing ongoing user support and troubleshooting basic system and hardware issues in the warehouse.
• Preparing reports and summaries for warehouse operations.
• Collaborating with warehouse and other departments to optimize processes using the WMS.
• Supervising proper use of system infrastructure.
• Performing tasks according to current procedures, instructions, and quality standards.
