IT Operations Expert (K/M)

• Minimum two years of professional experience in IT Operations, NOC, IOC, or Production Support in critical environments (banking, fintech, telco, e-commerce).
• Knowledge of the Incident Management process; ITIL4 Foundation certification is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze emergency situations, work with monitoring and alerts, and initiate Major Incident processes.
• Practical knowledge of monitoring tools: Grafana, Zabbix, Zenoss, Centreon, Elastic Stack, and tools like M365, JIRA.
• Use of AI solutions in daily work is an additional asset.
• English language proficiency at intermediate level (B2).

• Continuous monitoring of IT system availability and performance.
• Initiating the Major Incident Management process, including Emergency Bridge activation and coordinating initial incident handling phases.
• Communication with technical teams, security, and business units during incidents.
• Supervision of End-of-Day (EoD) processes and monitoring correctness of critical banking operations.
• Coordination of corrective actions.
• Maintenance of monitoring systems.
