Developer Power BI (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is the company offering the position; the job is located in Warsaw with partial office work at rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 4.

• Higher education in IT or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience with data warehouses
• Good knowledge of public cloud computing, at least Azure; experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, PySpark
• Advanced programming skills in Python
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational databases, preferably Oracle
• Experience in data modeling (star schemas, facts/dimensions) and working with ETL systems
• Knowledge of PowerBI, including model creation and DAX programming
• Practical knowledge of SAS Institute technology (SAS 4GL) as a plus
• Ability to solve complex problems in heterogeneous environments (on-premise and cloud)
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Clear and easy communication
• Service provision from Poland
• Service provision partially from the Warsaw office

• Migrate and modernize existing ETL and Oracle data structures from on-premise to Azure cloud using Microsoft Fabric tools
• Maintain and monitor data intake processes
• Develop efficient data models, including analytical models in MS PowerBI
• Optimize processes for performance and cost-efficiency
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations integrating company security standards with Azure environment
• Collaborate with other IT units and external suppliers to analyze and solve issues
