• Passion for Generative AI and practical experience creating AI-powered applications.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in AI/ML with expertise in LLMs, NLP, or computer vision models.
• Strong programming skills in Python, experienced with LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning, RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback), and prompt engineering.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform and best practices in MLOps.
• Familiar with data pipelines, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Excellent communication skills in English (required), with German or Polish as a plus.
• Team-player attitude and openness to working with international clients.

• Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI solutions using foundation models.
• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs (Large Language Models) and other generative models for industry-specific applications.
• Implement GenAI-driven applications, integrating NLP, image generation, and multimodal AI technologies.
• Work with cloud platforms and distributed computing tools to build scalable AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into AI-powered innovations.
• Participate in research and development initiatives in the GenAI field.
