Technical Architect -Luxury hospitality- (EMEA)

Utopia Design, founded in 2023, is a cutting-edge architectural firm and part of a prominent real estate development business. Their mission is to create a portfolio of luxurious and high-end hospitality assets worldwide, delivering unmatched user experiences.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design
• Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects including private homes, villas, hotels, and resorts
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Professional level of English, both written and verbal
• Portfolio is a must

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects, ensuring buildability and coordination
• Develop and manage coordinated Revit models and construction documentation
• Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using BIM / Navisworks
• Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions
• Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications
• Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early
• Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic
• Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials
• Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows

This is a fully remote job with normal Central European Time (CET) working hours 9-17 or 10-18. Utopia does not provide visa sponsorship or relocation package for this position.
