General Program Manager (L5) - Developer Enablement

DevEd partners with domain teams and focuses on onboarding, continuing education, documentation excellence, and innovation enablement.

• Confidence in public speaking with experience delivering technical content to diverse audiences including engineers and leaders.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Copilot, including modeling AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to derive and apply data insights from support ticket analysis, learning outcomes, and dashboards.
• Experience enabling teams/SMEs to create training content using train-the-trainer or hub-spoke models.
• Proficiency in creating and editing engaging documentation with knowledge of documentation strategy and information architecture.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large volume and variety of requests focusing on high-impact initiatives.
• Experience designing blended learning formats including live, hybrid, asynchronous, and self-paced.
• Proven experience leading large-scale initiatives end to end and influencing stakeholders across organizations.

• Deep GenAI fluency and enthusiasm for AI-powered productivity tools.
• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate closely with engineers.
• Experience optimizing global or remote training across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with LMS or similar learning platforms.
• Experience balancing central standards with local team autonomy in training and documentation.
• Track record of running technical education or community events like internal conferences, tech talks, or hackathons.
• Clear perspective on inclusive learning design for diverse global workforce.
• Experience driving cultural or process change in engineering organizations.
• Ability to benchmark AI and other tools against developer use cases with evidence-based recommendations.

• Design and deliver customized onboarding programs and continuing education experiences tailored for engineering personas.
• Manage and prioritize requests for new and updated technical training and documentation aligned with strategic goals.
• Guide content creation through a train-the-trainer model enabling domain teams to scale educational efforts.
• Create dashboards and performance metrics to measure and iterate on onboarding, training, and documentation effectiveness.
• Partner with program managers, instructional designers, technical writers, SMEs, and facilitators for program execution.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning promoting inclusion and employee growth.
