Senior AI Agent Engineer

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or agentic applications (including academic projects or internships).
• Practical knowledge of AI system design and frameworks.
• Experience with multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, ask, CrewAI or related tools.
• Experience with large language model APIs such as Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, including prompt engineering and function calling.
• Familiarity with multi-modal AI generating or processing images, video, or audio using foundation models.
• Proficiency in Python developing applications beyond notebooks/scripts.
• Understanding of evaluation methodologies for AI systems measuring generative output quality and reliability.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, and containerized deployments using Docker.
• Strong curiosity and capability for self-directed learning in evolving AI tooling and frameworks.
• Effective communication of technical concepts and collaboration in a product-driven team.

• Build agentic AI applications using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Gemini Agent Platform, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to automate creative content workflows.
• Design and implement multi-modal AI pipelines leveraging Gemini, Imagen, Veo, and other foundation models.
• Develop evaluation frameworks (evals) to measure AI agent performance and output quality.
• Create and manage AI agent skills, tool integrations, and prompt configurations within the Agent Platform ecosystem.
• Implement function calling, tool use, and structured output patterns to interact with enterprise APIs, databases, and external services.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and context management systems grounded in brand guidelines and product data.
• Experiment with new agent architectures including multi-agent collaboration and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Instrument agents with structured logging and observability for debugging and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and product stakeholders to translate automation needs into agent-powered solutions deployed on GCP Cloud Run.
