Business Analyst

ITFS offers a remote Business Analyst role starting September 2026 under a B2B contract.

• Higher education in information systems, IT, finance, or economics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects or application delivery.
• Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, documenting, prioritizing requirements, and managing stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of business process analysis methodologies and process modeling (e.g., BPMN).
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and ITSM concepts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working in international and distributed teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience in financial processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Source-to-Pay (S2P).
• Knowledge of invoicing processes and Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with global initiatives in e-Invoicing, e-Reporting, or tax compliance.
• Understanding of electronic invoicing regulations.
• Experience with SAP environments (SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP) and integration of e-Invoicing platforms with ERP.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting.
• ITIL certification or knowledge of ITSM practices.
• Experience with data analysis and Business Intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with requirements management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira) and process modeling tools (Visio, Signavio).

• Collect and document requirements, map processes (AS-IS/TO-BE), create user stories and specifications, and manage the backlog.
• Conduct workshops and collaborate closely with architecture, developers, and business teams to align solutions.
• Analyze end-to-end processes, estimate effort, assess change impacts, and support development teams during implementations.
• Create and execute test scenarios, coordinate UAT tests, manage errors, and validate the finished system.
• Prepare documentation, deliver training, handle incidents, propose improvements, and support roadmap planning.
• Ensure solutions comply with legal and financial regulations for e-Invoicing across different jurisdictions.
