• 5+ years of experience in Go development.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in software development.
• Higher education in Computer Science or related field.
• Extensive experience with AI implementation within teams.
• Experience working in fintech and banking domains with complex integrations.
• Proficient with concurrency patterns in Go.
• Skilled in system design for high performance and maintainability.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• English language proficiency at an advanced level or above.
