Regional IT Delivery Technician (Junior / Specialist)

• Good command of the English language for daily communication.
• Good knowledge of MS Windows environments and concepts such as DHCP, DNS, and WINS.
• Familiarity with Service Desk / Service Now systems, incident management, and help desk tools.
• Basic understanding of computer network structures.
• Experience in managing laptops, workstations, hardware/software, and cabling is required for Specialist level and welcomed for Juniors.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required for Specialist level and welcomed for Juniors.
• Preferably experience in call center environments or CRM system support.
• Organizational skills and ability to set priorities under pressure.
• Availability outside standard working hours for occasional emergency situations.

• Provide ongoing administrative support for IT systems, including hardware and software.
• Support applications and technologies specific to individual projects.
• Maintain updates, security, and procedural standards for IT systems.
• Manage desktops, laptops, printers, software, asset inventories, and standard network services.
• Handle and update technical documentation.
• Serve as a contact point for local business on IT-related issues.
• Collaborate with technician teams in other countries.
