ERP Operations Manager ( Comarch XL)

The role involves managing and developing the ERP system COMARCH XL within an organization, focusing on finance, accounting, and sales areas. This position includes overseeing system functionality, coordinating implementations and updates, and working closely with users and external providers. The job is based in Wrocław at Synergie Poland Sp. z o.o.

• Experience with the ERP COMARCH XL system, especially in finance, accounting, and sales areas.
• Knowledge of financial and accounting processes and their practical application in ERP systems.
• Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, and tax issues.
• Ability to create simple queries and reports in SQL.
• Skills in data analysis and drawing conclusions to support business decisions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics clearly.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of reporting tools such as Crystal Reports or Power BI.

• Supervise the correct functioning and further development of the ERP COMARCH XL system.
• Coordinate implementations, system changes, and updates in collaboration with users and external providers.
• Identify business needs and propose improvements to support process efficiency.
• Manage user requests, set priorities, and monitor timely execution.
• Prepare documentation, procedures, and instructions related to system operation.
• Control the budget related to ERP application maintenance and development.
• Create reports, analyses, and custom data compilations using reporting tools and SQL.
• Support users in daily system use and maintain effective communication regarding implemented changes.
