Communications Workstream Lead / BA Card

The position is within the investment banking industry, focused on a large-scale transformation programme at a client with operations in Kraków and remote options. The role is part of an international business culture offering challenging projects.

• Strong Business Analysis, communications, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to comprehend complex business and transformation topics and translate them into simple, business-friendly communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with stakeholder mapping, engagement planning, and change communications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams in complex programme environments.
• Previous experience in a large-scale transformation programme is highly desirable.
• Experience within banking, Cards, Payments, or financial services is a strong advantage.
• Experience supporting Target Operating Model (TOM), process transformation, or organizational change programmes is beneficial.

• Take ownership of communications activities across the transformation programme, collaborating with Programme, Change & Adoption, and business teams.
• Develop and coordinate a structured communications plan aligned with the transformation roadmap and milestones.
• Translate complex programme, process, and Target Operating Model (TOM) changes into clear, concise business communications.
• Tailor communications to different stakeholder groups to ensure timely and relevant information dissemination.
• Support stakeholder mapping and analysis to identify key groups and communication needs.
• Coordinate communication activities across workstreams, markets, and business areas for consistent messaging.
• Prepare communication materials including programme updates, presentations, stakeholder briefings, FAQs, and change-related content.
• Collaborate with Programme Leads and the Change & Adoption team to support wider change management and adoption.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to identify communication gaps and areas requiring engagement.
• Support communication for key programme milestones, implementation activities, and process or working method changes.
