UX/UI Designer K/M

ASTEK Polska is the employer recruiting for a UX/UI Designer role based in Warszawa, Poland.

• Higher education (bachelor's or engineering degree) in design or computer science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Figma.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Good knowledge of WCAG standards.
• Ability to present examples of wireframes, user flows, or prototypes.
• Highly developed communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Sketch.
• Experience with Zeplin.

• Collaborate with UX/UI leaders to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Adapt new products to the existing design system.
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper project implementation.
• Support building and maintaining the design system and design guidelines.
• Summarize user research results and use data to improve existing projects and new initiatives.
• Enhance designs based on user feedback and stakeholder input.
