AI Engineer

Link Group is seeking an AI Engineer specialized in Digital Technologies, Digital Innovation & AI to identify and implement AI solutions that deliver real business value.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Innovation, or related fields.
• Experience deploying AI solutions from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLM, AI Agents, and modern AI architectures.
• Practical experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or similar.
• Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI orchestration.
• Expertise in cloud computing, data architecture, AI governance, security, and compliance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Higher education degree in IT, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related disciplines.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

• Identify and assess AI use cases in collaboration with business teams.
• Lead AI projects from initial concept and pilot stage through to production deployment.
• Design AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLM, AI Agents, and RAG.
• Select appropriate models, platforms, and AI architecture.
• Integrate AI with existing systems, data, and business processes.
• Collaborate with Data, Architecture, Security, Legal teams, and external partners.
• Evaluate business value, risks, and scalability potential of AI solutions.
• Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance standards are met.
