Proven experience in GRC consulting or related risk, compliance, or audit roles (experience with ESG/Sustainability integration is a strong plus).
Solid understanding of GRC frameworks, regulatory standards, and industry best practices such as ISO 31000, COSO, SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
Hands-on experience with GRC tools or enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Archer, or OneTrust.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate risks, controls, and compliance obligations, with the ability to develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent client management and communication skills, capable of working with both business and technical stakeholders.
Previous experience in a consulting environment, preferably with exposure to complex regulatory environments or sustainability initiatives.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Collaborate with clients to assess their current GRC maturity, identify control gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
Design and implement GRC strategies, frameworks, and operating models (e.g., enterprise risk management, internal controls, regulatory compliance).
Support the deployment and configuration of GRC technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow GRC, Archer, MetricStream, or similar).
Lead project delivery, ensuring timely, high-quality execution of GRC initiatives and adherence to project milestones.
Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders (compliance, IT security, internal audit, sustainability teams) to align objectives and key deliverables.
Conduct regulatory impact assessments and integrate requirements from standards and frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 27001, COSO, SOX, GDPR, and other local/global regulations.
Monitor emerging regulations and best practices, including those related to ESG and sustainability, and advise clients on their impact.
Support pre-sales activities by drafting proposals, preparing solution demos, and engaging with client leadership.
Prepare clear and concise reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders and boards.
