HubSpot Consultant

• Experience as a HubSpot Consultant on implementation, migration, and support projects
• Fluent English (B2+)
• Experience working with the HubSpot ecosystem (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CMS Hub, Operations Hub)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot customization, workflow automation, lead scoring, custom objects, properties, and dashboard reporting
• Understanding of HubSpot integrations with third-party systems (ERP, custom web apps, payment gateways, legacy CRMs via API/iPaaS/native connectors)

Nice to have:

• HubSpot certifications (Solutions Architecture, Marketing/Sales Software, Inbound, Implementation, etc.)
• German language skills at B2+ level
• Hands-on experience with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, HubL, JavaScript, or custom API integrations

• Serve as a HubSpot Consultant on implementation, migration, and support projects
• Plan, facilitate, and document requirements gathering workshops
• Provide expert product demonstrations to highlight HubSpot value
• Advise clients on CRM, sales/marketing processes, and industry best practices during consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Solution Design, and Configuration
• Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Translate conceptual requirements into clear functional requirements for developers
• Customize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, custom objects, properties, and dashboard reporting
• Understand integration points between HubSpot and third-party systems via API, iPaaS, or native connectors
• Identify and analyze project risks and issues with project managers
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels and to various audiences in written and oral formats
