Systems Development Lead

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic, mechatronics, or software engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive electronics, e-mobility, or related fields.
• Initial technical leadership experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of automotive ECU development; high-voltage inverter knowledge preferred.
• Good knowledge of systems engineering principles and guidelines, e.g., INCOSE.
• High process orientation.
• Experience with project management and tools such as MS Project.
• Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Polarion, Doors).
• Experience with task management tools (e.g., JIRA, IBM Rational RTC).
• Knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO26262 and ASPICE.
• Ability to solve high-level technical issues in time-critical environments.
• Good communication, leadership, and intercultural skills.
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level.

Systems development and management:

• Lead and be accountable for systems development activities of new automotive products for hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Plan and manage system development tasks from stakeholder requirements analysis through system architectural design following the V-model.
• Define, maintain, and ensure compliance with system development strategies.
• Assign stakeholder requirements to product releases and lead work to meet program expectations.
• Develop systems engineering feature rollout plans through internal and customer reviews.
• Lead system configuration management, system integration, and system release activities.
• Generate necessary system documentation.
• Support change management, problem resolution, functional safety, system analysis (FMEA, FTA), and system validation activities.
• Ensure quality of systems engineering tasks and work products.
• Communicate and report status and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work as part of the global development team.
• Participate in implementing relevant standards, including ISO/TS 16949, ASPICE, ISO26262, IEC21434.
• Review process effectiveness and efficiency, perform process audits, and drive continuous process improvement.
