DevOps Engineer

For our Client from banking industry we are looking for DevOps Engineer.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or similar field
• Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts
• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience specifically with loan processing or banking systems
• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting loan IQ
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools
• Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures

Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office starting from September/October 2026. Location preference: Gdańsk/Gdynia.
