In PwC Poland's Digital& team, innovative applications and data-driven insights are created combining software engineering expertise with advanced data analysis, including GenAI applications. The team works across data science, UX design, business intelligence, data engineering, frontend & backend development, and cloud solutions. Projects span various industries, including banking, insurance, and retail, supporting clients from Europe, the USA, South America, and Asia.
Wymagania
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data visualization, and analytics
- Proficiency in Power BI with good knowledge of DAX and Power Query
- Good understanding of databases and data modeling with practical experience in technologies such as SQL, ETL tools (e.g., Alteryx) or Python
- Proven track record conducting workshops with clients and gathering business requirements
- Solid knowledge of data visualization and information design best practices with care for detail, clarity, and aesthetics
- Excellent command of English
Nice to have:
- Experience in consulting or similar client-facing, fast-moving environments
- Understanding of teamwork principles in project management methodologies
- Experience in overseeing team members on projects
- Background in UX or UI design and familiarity with design software (e.g., Figma)
- Practical skills in using Fabric, Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps)
- Knowledge of other BI tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their applications in BI/analytics
Obowiązki
- Join a team of business intelligence experts developing cutting-edge digital solutions for PwC clients
- Collaborate with clients across industries to understand their challenges and translate them into data-driven opportunities
- Design and develop the visual layer of analytics and BI solutions, transforming complex data into clear, intuitive, and impactful user experiences
- Build analytics solutions that support real-time, operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making
- Bridge the gap between business needs and data, turning analytical findings into actionable insights
