AI Program Manager

• Proven experience in project, product, service, or platform management within software engineering or developer productivity environments.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development tools, especially GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Experience driving enterprise-scale technology rollouts, adoption programs, change management, and user enablement.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, engineering governance, developer experience, and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Procurement, Operations, and Business Leadership.
• Ability to analyze tool usage, licensing, adoption metrics, costs, and business value.
• Understanding of AI, LLMs, agentic software engineering concepts, and emerging AI-native development trends.
• Experience preparing training materials, facilitating workshops, and supporting organizational adoption of new technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, compliance, security requirements, and vendor management processes.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• Own and coordinate AI-assisted software development platforms, including GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and future AI solutions.
• Lead platform rollout, adoption, onboarding processes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage deployment and operational lifecycle including license allocation, utilization tracking, and governance.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, IT Service Portfolio, Procurement, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Security, Compliance, and engineering teams.
• Streamline request management and support automation of allocation, approval, and service workflows.
• Establish and manage cost allocation, chargeback models, budgeting forecasts, and ROI insights.
• Create and maintain training materials, conduct onboarding sessions, deliver workshops, and promote AI-assisted development best practices.
• Monitor developments in the Anthropic ecosystem, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft AI capabilities, open-source coding assistants, and enterprise AI platforms.
• Evaluate emerging AI engineering solutions via proof-of-concepts, business cases, security assessments, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement through user feedback, productivity metrics, adoption rates, cost analysis, and operational reviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor to software engineering teams on AI-assisted development tools integration.
• Establish best practices and guardrails for AI-assisted software design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, code review, and delivery workflows.
• Coach development teams and engineering leaders on productivity while maintaining code quality, security, scalability, and standards.
• Support the evolution towards AI-augmented and AI-native software delivery models.
