AI Governance Expert

Holisticon Insight is a data-focused technology and consulting company, part of the Nexer Group. They build data platforms and data-intensive systems that solve real business problems, often combining data engineering, cloud, and software development. Their projects include integrating data from multiple sources including IoT and operational systems and delivering analytics and AI solutions used in production.

• 4–7 years of experience in Technology Risk, IT Risk, AI Risk, Internal Audit, or a similar consulting environment.
• Good understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts and the AI system lifecycle, including training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ability to independently manage and deliver client-facing workstreams.
• Strong understanding of AI risk, AI governance, and Responsible AI principles.
• Legal and/or engineering degree (LL.M, JD, MSc, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their regulatory implications.
• Proven experience in compliance, legal advisory, or governance roles within the automotive industry.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into product development requirements.
• Project management, change management, and/or business analyst experience.
• Experience and knowledge of the EU AI Act will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Excellent English communication skills and location of candidate in Poland or other EU country.

• Ensure the implementation of AI governance frameworks in accordance with the EU AI Act.
• Develop and implement internal compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for AI applications.
• Interpret and apply the EU AI Act and other global AI regulations to automotive use cases in product development processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and compliance to ensure AI systems are transparent, explainable, and compliant.
• Develop internal policies and training programs to promote responsible AI use across the organization.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise leadership on strategic implications.
• Work closely with legal, technical, and operational teams to assess risks, implement governance frameworks, and guide ethical AI deployment across the organization.

Candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be located in Poland or another EU country.
