Product Owner

Devire Outsourcing IT is a B2B cooperation model for IT specialists, delivering projects for clients with innovative and modern solutions. The role is for one of the three largest banks in Poland, responsible for developing and delivering retail payment solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, retail banking, or fintech.
• Experience in project and team management.
• Knowledge of end-to-end payment processes.
• Knowledge of SEPA and instant payments.
• Experience with API and system integrations.
• Knowledge of SCRUM and system analysis methods.
• Experience in end-to-end product implementation.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Manage projects and programs in the payments area.
• Manage backlog and prioritize work.
• Coordinate project and implementation teams.
• Plan scopes of work and schedules.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams.
• Prepare business and pre-implementation analyses.
• Coordinate the implementation of end-to-end products.
