Product Owner (mobile)

Devire Outsourcing IT provides cooperation for IT specialists based on B2B terms, delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern initiatives. The role is for one of the three largest banks in Poland, focusing on the development of electronic channels for retail clients, including mobile banking and online transactional services.

• Experience in managing projects or programs.
• Experience in managing teams and product backlogs.
• Experience with mobile banking projects, mobile applications, or digital channel development.
• Experience working with Scrum/Agile teams.
• Ability to create business and pre-implementation analyses.
• Knowledge of system analysis methods.
• Analytical and organizational skills.

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Mobile Banking platform.
• Manage initiatives, backlog, and priorities of Scrum teams.
• Collaborate with CPO, PO, business, and IT stakeholders.
• Develop innovative mobile solutions.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as application availability and NPS.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and UX/WCAG standards.
• Analyze user behavior and initiate improvements.
• Participate in analysis, testing, and acceptance of functionalities.
• Plan product development and manage budget.
