Lead Go Language Developer

• 5+ years of experience with Go Core and Go Language development
• Experience with Google Agent Development Kit
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with B2B Commerce and E-commerce
• Understanding of Specification Driven Development (SDD)

• Design and build Go-based ingestion services to handle high-concurrency document uploads (PDFs, spreadsheets, API payloads) utilizing Goroutines and Channels for stream-based processing
• Architect robust connectors and webhooks to ingest documents from diverse channels (APIs, storefronts, SFTP, and email servers) and route them efficiently to downstream OCR and AI engines
• Own the "Order & Cart Construction" and downstream integration layers to ensure reliable transactional delivery of massive batched orders (150+ lines) to ERPs and e-commerce platforms
• Lead a team of Go engineers, enforcing high-quality coding standards
• Conduct deep design and code reviews across the team
• Manage CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable delivery
