Skills in requirements gathering, process discovery, and documentation of current-state and future-state workflows

English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Conduct comprehensive analysis of business and technical requirements

Evaluate technical requirements and existing infrastructure
Identify key constraints and establish foundational architectural decisions, including environment strategy, solution architecture, and CI/CD framework
Configure the D365 Sales solution according to agreed scope, including entities, fields, forms, views, and dashboards
Set up business processes and security model within D365
Support selected business unit data migration
Deploy the production environment
Prepare user training and knowledge transfer materials
Provide guidance and mentoring to the client's team
