Staff Product Designer

• 3+ years in a senior product design role with a focus on UX and leading impactful projects.
• Mastery of visual design, typography, grids, layout, and colour theory.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Deep understanding of mobile and web platform design ensuring responsive experiences.
• Strong knowledge of behavioural psychology influencing user decision-making.
• Extensive experience in usability testing, user interviews, and heuristic evaluations.
• Ability to synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into design decisions.
• Familiarity with UX analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar.
• Proficiency in atomic design principles and scalable UI frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of motion design tools such as Lottie, After Effects, Principle.
• Experience mentoring junior designers.
• Ability to articulate design rationale and influence cross-team stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced product teams.
• Mastery of Figma, including auto layout, design tokens, component variants, interactive prototypes, and design libraries.
• Proven experience in fintech and/or SaaS environments with understanding of industry challenges and user behaviours.

• Define and execute design strategies aligning with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead the end-to-end design process including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI execution.
• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design solutions.
• Partner with product managers and engineers for design implementation.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to the design system.
• Advocate for accessibility (A11y) and inclusive design principles.
• Create and refine micro-interactions and motion elements.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize user experience for business impact.
• Mentor and guide junior designers.
• Stay up to date with fintech trends and best practices.
