Competitive Programming Expert - Freelance AI Trainer

• Strong competitive programming background with a public profile (e.g., Codeforces rating or IOI/ICPC/national olympiad record)
• Fluent contest C++ (STL, complexity), comfortable with Python
• Ability to explain why solutions are wrong and design inputs that break them
• Strong written English proficiency (C1+)

Nice to have:

• IOI/ICPC alumni and top competitive programmers encouraged
• Experience setting or testing problems for real contests (Codeforces, ICPC, national olympiads, online judges)
• Experience with testlib (checkers, validators, generators)
• Experience creating data for LLM code benchmarks or similar RL/evaluation datasets

• Write original algorithmic problems with clear statements, constraints, and intended solutions
• Write correct solutions in C++ and Python
• Write realistic wrong solutions to test against
• Build and harden test cases including generators, edge cases, and stress/hacking tests
• Write checkers/interactors (using testlib) for problems with multiple valid answers
• Confirm quality: correct solutions pass, wrong ones fail, within time limits
