Cybersecurity Project Manager

Join our Technology Consulting practice to lead complex cybersecurity initiatives for global organizations within a regional Center of Excellence.

• At least 4 years of hands-on project or program management experience leading complex IT or cybersecurity implementations in international environments.
• Holistic understanding of key cybersecurity domains such as IAM/PAM, Cloud Security, GRC, Zero Trust, or Vulnerability Management.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for C-level and senior executive audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Cyber Detection & Response or Cyber Threat Management.
• Hands-on familiarity with enterprise security products like SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Cybersecurity credentials (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC).
• Prior experience in professional services or management consulting.
• Fluency in additional European languages (German, French, or Spanish).

• Lead and deliver complex cybersecurity projects and programs, managing scope, schedules, resources, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in an international, matrixed environment across multiple time zones.
• Serve as primary contact for senior client stakeholders with clear status updates, risk mitigation, capacity planning, and financial transparency.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal practice leads and external enterprise clients.
• Leverage modern AI tools and frameworks to streamline delivery processes and boost team efficiency.
