• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Digital Innovation, or related fields.
• Experience implementing AI solutions from concept to production.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLM, AI Agents, and modern AI architectures.
• Practical experience with platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
• Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and AI orchestration.
• Understanding of cloud, data architecture, AI governance, security, and compliance.
• Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.
• Higher education in IT, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related fields.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

• Identify and assess AI use cases in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Manage AI projects from concept and pilot phases through to production.
• Design AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, LLM, AI Agents, and RAG.
• Select appropriate AI models, platforms, and architecture.
• Integrate AI with systems, data, and business processes.
• Collaborate with Data, Architecture, Security, Legal teams, and external partners.
• Evaluate business value, risks, and scalability potential of AI solutions.
• Ensure AI governance, security, and compliance.
