AI Program Manager

• Proven experience in project, product, service, or platform management within software engineering or developer productivity environments.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development tools, especially GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or comparable AI coding assistants.
• Experience with enterprise-scale technology rollouts, adoption programs, change management, and user enablement.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, engineering governance, developer experience, and modern delivery methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders including Engineering, Architecture, Security, Procurement, Operations, and Business Leadership.
• Ability to analyze tool usage, licensing, adoption metrics, costs, and business value.
• Understanding of AI, LLMs, agentic software engineering concepts, and emerging AI-native development trends.
• Experience preparing training materials, facilitating workshops, and supporting organizational technology adoption.
• Familiarity with enterprise governance, compliance, security requirements, and vendor management.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills with ability to influence stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Location in Poland or another EU country required.

• Own and coordinate AI-assisted software development platforms including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
• Lead platform rollout, adoption activities, and define onboarding processes.
• Manage enterprise deployment and operational lifecycle including license allocation and governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like ServiceNow, IT, Procurement, Architecture, Security, and Engineering.
• Streamline request management and automate workflows.
• Establish and manage cost allocation, support chargeback models, and provide budgeting and ROI insights.
• Create and maintain training materials, conduct onboarding and workshops, and promote best practices.
• Monitor developments in AI ecosystems and evaluate emerging AI engineering solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement via feedback, productivity and adoption metrics, cost analysis, and operational reviews.
• Act as advisor on integrating AI-assisted development tools into software delivery.
• Establish best practices and guardrails for AI-assisted software design, coding, testing, documentation, and delivery workflows.
• Coach development teams and leaders to maximize productivity while maintaining quality, security, scalability, and standards.
• Support evolution towards AI-augmented and AI-native software delivery models.
