Tester/Testerka Manualny/-a Oprogramowania

• Minimum 1 year of experience in manual software testing or practical QA experience in projects.
• Ability to create clear test scenarios and precisely report bugs.
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and thoroughness in exploring atypical use cases.
• Good knowledge of Windows and Linux.
• Basic understanding of web applications and REST API.
• Familiarity with tools such as Postman, browser DevTools, or curl.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to verify data in databases.
• Experience with task and bug management tools like Jira, Redmine, YouTrack or similar.
• Communication skills and ability to cooperate with technical teams.
• Good organization of own work and responsibility for assigned tasks.

Nice to have:

• Experience testing decoders, embedded devices, TV applications, IPTV, DVB, OTT, or VOD.
• Knowledge of video transmission, IP networks, multicast, DRM, or EPG.
• Experience with Android TV, Linux Embedded, or Set-Top Box.
• Basic knowledge of test automation, e.g., Python, JavaScript, Playwright, Selenium, Robot Framework.
• Familiarity with Git and working in CI/CD environments.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.

• Manual testing of STB decoders, including TV functions, user interface, device configuration, and operator service integration.
• Testing web applications, internal systems, and tools supporting business and operational processes.
• Creating, updating, and executing test scenarios and cases.
• Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs using task management tools.
• Verifying fixes and performing regression tests before releases.
• Participating in requirements analysis and test planning for new features.
• Collaborating with Developers, Analysts, Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Maintaining test documentation, test repeatability, and release process quality.
