Specjalista/ka ds. analizy systemowo-biznesowej

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business and system analysis, particularly in process modeling and defining IT system requirements.
• Proficient in UML and BPMN to describe processes and designed solutions.
• Practical experience with Enterprise Architect.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into system requirements.
• Experience working with user stories in Agile projects.
• Basic knowledge of IT architecture, system design, and software engineering to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
• Knowledge of SQL applied in analytical work.
• Experience in projects related to healthcare, medicine, or pharmaceuticals, especially involving systems processing individual medical data.
• Experience working in scaled Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Nexus, or LeSS in multi-team environments.
• Higher education degree.

Nice to have:

• Experience with healthcare data exchange standards such as HL7 CDA or FHIR.
• Experience in large IT systems within the healthcare sector.

• Analyze and model business processes and IT system processes.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into system requirements.
• Create and develop requirements specifications using UML and BPMN.
• Model processes, data, and solutions using CASE tools, including Enterprise Architect.
• Prepare requirements as user stories and collaborate with development teams for refinement.
• Analyze dependencies among business requirements, systems, and solution architecture.
• Collaborate with Agile teams during system planning and implementation.
• Support project teams in translating business needs into implementable solutions.
• Work with systems processing medical data, considering specifics of individual health data and healthcare processes.
