Eurocash S.A. is offering a position based in Warszawa with a hybrid working model (4 days office, 1 day remote). The role involves business analytics primarily in sales, customer behavior, and market analysis within the organization, collaborating with sales, purchasing, and finance teams.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business, sales, commercial, or financial analysis
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel with ability to work on large data sets
• Ability to independently acquire and analyze data using SQL
• Experience working with Azure Databricks or a similar data environment
• Ability to prepare reports and derive actionable business recommendations from data
• Understanding of basic sales and financial metrics such as sales, margin, dynamics, target fulfillment, and client profitability
• Ability to organize work independently and take responsibility for assigned areas
• Comfortable working closely with business users who use the analyses
• Comfortable performing both cyclic reporting and ad hoc analyses

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Power BI
• Experience working with SAP
• Knowledge of MS Access
• Experience in FMCG, sales, distribution, retail, or HoReCa industry

• Analyzing sales results, margin, client activity, and identifying key trends and deviations
• Preparing analyses regarding clients, including purchases, cooperation frequency, profitability, behavior changes, and sales potential
• Analyzing sales by product categories, regions, clients, and sales representatives
• Preparing cyclic reports and ad hoc analyses to support sales and business decisions
• Monitoring target fulfillment, promotional activities, and other sales initiatives
• Analyzing the market and competitive environment, including price levels
• Preparing reports and summaries for cooperation with suppliers
• Developing and improving analytical and reporting tools
• Collaborating closely with the sales team, purchasing, finance, and other organizational areas
